Fall 2026 Wealth Management Analyst Internship
— Nashville & Remote
An undergraduate internship built around how students actually learn best: substantive research, direct access, and a schedule that fits around classes. You will work alongside the founder and Chief Investment Officer of an independent fiduciary investment firm, learning how companies are found, analyzed, and judged — and if you perform, the internship is designed to end in an offer.
Infinitus Wealth Management · Nashville · We Don't Just Manage Wealth. We Build It.
The Program
-
Undergraduate students — currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a comparable quantitative field; rising juniors and seniors preferred. The graduate track is our separate Associate Internship.
-
Unpaid, and deliberately flexible — this is an educational internship rather than a salaried position. In exchange, the structure is lighter than a corporate program: hours set around your classes, remote optional, and work organized around research projects rather than a fixed desk schedule. Academic credit is welcome where your program allows it.
-
Direct access, not a rotation — you work with the founder and CIO directly. There is no intern cohort to disappear into and no layers between you and the people making decisions.
-
A defined path to an offer — undergraduate interns who perform are considered for a Junior Wealth Advisor offer: the firm’s production-based developing-advisor role at a 50% day-one payout. Graduate Associate interns are considered for the Private Wealth Advisor role.
What You Will Do
-
Find companies: screen the market for businesses worth a closer look and build the case for why
-
Analyze companies — what the business does, how it makes money, its competitive position, and its financials — and write it up in the firm’s research format
-
Learn financial modeling and valuation by building models under guidance, not by watching
-
Learn the firm’s investment philosophy and twelve-strategy framework from the founder and CIO, and apply it to your own work
-
Build a prospect list: research and compile prospective clients within the firm’s target segments — business owners, athletes and entertainers, professionals, and institutions — with the background that makes each one worth a conversation
-
Map centers of influence in the Nashville market and beyond: the CPAs, attorneys, and business advisors whose clients fit the firm
-
Own one research project across the term, scoped to your interests and presented to the founder at the end
Who We Are Looking For
-
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a comparable quantitative field
-
Genuine interest in investing and a curiosity about how businesses create value
-
The self-direction a flexible program requires
-
Integrity first: a fiduciary standard is a mindset before it is a rule
-
Interest in a career as a wealth advisor is a plus — that is what this program is built to develop
